 Cannon Lane Methodist Church has many prayer based activities. One of these is Prayer Triplets. This is where three people get together on a regular basis and pray. It is suggested that the prayer time is split into four sections:
- Prayers for the world
- Prayers for the local community
- Prayers for the local church
- Prayers for personal issues
but this is flexible, depending on different needs and situations.
Our aims are to:
- provide a positive environment of prayer
- encourage the discipline of a personal prayer life
- encourage prayerful relationships among members
